"VIČI Masterclass" in Skopje: flavour, inspiration and new partnerships

In June, the Vičiūnai Group team hosted its first "VIČI Masterclass" event in North Macedonia, bringing together professionals from the HoReCa sector.

The event, held at Forza Restaurant in Skopje, welcomed around 50–60 representatives from restaurants, hotels, catering businesses and retail chains. Participants had the opportunity not only to discover the wide range of Vičiūnai Group products but also to see how they can be successfully incorporated into professional kitchens.

The event marked an important step in strengthening Vičiūnai Group's presence in the North Macedonian market and expanding cooperation within the HoReCa sector. Its main objective was to showcase the quality, versatility and convenience of the company's products for professional kitchens while building new business partnerships.

From appetisers to main courses

During the Masterclass, guests were introduced to the key product categories offered by Vičiūnai Group, including surimi products, shrimp, salmon, seafood, "Gyoza" and pancakes. A specially designed tasting menu prepared by a professional chef demonstrated how these products can be creatively used in both appetisers and main courses. Particular emphasis was placed on ease of preparation, convenience, consistent quality and the ability to improve efficiency in professional kitchen operations.

One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of VIČI Gyoza dumplings - a new product for the North Macedonian market, recognised for its innovative concept and currently without direct competition in the local market.

Inspiration from a renowned chef

The VIČI Masterclass was led by Nikola Mishkovski, one of North Macedonia's best-known chefs, a familiar face from television cooking shows, a long-standing partner of VIČI, and a brand ambassador for the company's products.

Nikola regularly develops recipes and prepares dishes featuring VIČI products on television, actively contributing to the brand's recognition in the local market. He also brings extensive experience from previous Masterclass events in other countries, including Albania, where his workshops received outstanding feedback from participants.

Throughout the event, Chef Mishkovski shared his professional expertise, presented a variety of product applications and demonstrated how VIČI products can be used in both traditional and modern professional cuisine. His creativity, practical advice and engaging presentation inspired participants not only to enjoy the prepared dishes but also to discover new ideas for incorporating these products into their own menus and daily operations.

Events such as the VIČI Masterclass go far beyond product presentations - they create valuable opportunities to build long-term relationships with industry professionals, exchange ideas and inspire new culinary solutions. We believe that the first VIČI Masterclass in Skopje will serve as a strong foundation for further growth in the HoReCa sector and help introduce Vičiūnai Group products to an even wider international audience.
