"Viči" Triumph in the United Kingdom: Award for the Best Seafood Product of 2025

At the International Food and Beverage Exhibition (IFE), we won the award for the Best Seafood Product of 2025 – cold-smoked Atlantic salmon fillet with truffles.


 

From March 17 to 19, the international food and beverage exhibition taking place in the United Kingdom is the largest and longest-running trade show in the country. This event brings together more than 1,500 suppliers and attracts over 30,000 visitors from around the world.

The exhibition provides a unique opportunity for professionals in the food and beverage industry to discover new products, connect with suppliers, and learn about the latest sector trends.

A Wide Range of "Viči" Products and an International Award

The Vičiūnai Group team is participating in this exhibition alongside their long-time partner, a renowned chef, with whom they have been showcasing their products at this event for the past four years.

Visitors will have the chance to taste a wide selection of Viči products, including surimi sticks and shrimp, mackerel, Gyoza and Korean-style dumplings, salmon with truffle, Xiao Long Bao, Khinkali with meat and habanero peppers, Food Luck snacks, octopus with Kalamata olives and peppers, and various types of pancakes.

We are proud to announce that at the World Food Innovation Awards 2025, held during the exhibition, Vičiūnai Group was nominated in six different categories. The company received special recognition and was awarded the title of Best Seafood Product of 2025 for its Atlantic salmon fillet with truffles, created exclusively for the exhibition.
