HISTORY
In 1990 Finnish-Estonian joint venture Paljassaare Kalatoostus, AS was established in Tallinn, Estonia, which integrated into Vičiūnai Group in 2001.
Currently Paljassaare Kalatoostus, AS is one of the leading food production companies in Estonia.
ACTIVITIES
Primary activities of the company focus on production of breaded and frozen fish products, burger fingers, pizzas and crepes. 90% of the company’s production is exported to 35 foreign countries, including, among others, Finland, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Balkan countries, Lithuania, Latvia, etc.
ACHIEVEMENTS
Certificates:
- BRC Global Standart for Food Safety Issue 8 certificate, obtained in 2019,
- IFS Food Version 6.1 certificate, obtained in 2017.
