First time in Greece: Viciunai Group participated in one of the largest food exhibitions in Southeast Europe

The Viciunai Group participated for the first time in the international food and beverage exhibition “FOOD EXPO Greece 2026,” held in Athens.

Athough operations in the Greek market are still at an early stage, colleagues at the exhibition already see strong growth potential. Particular attention was given to the “Gyoza” product line, which attracted the greatest interest from visitors.

During the exhibition, visitors had the opportunity to taste a variety of products, including “Gyoza” dumplings, pancakes, salmon and surimi products, as well as explore other product categories such as breaded items and fish.

A key part of the exhibition was live culinary demonstrations led by the well-known and trusted chef Mohamad Moumen Al Hamoui, who has previously collaborated with the Viciunai Group at international events.

“I truly enjoy working with VIČI products and the team. The products are high-quality and versatile, allowing me to demonstrate to visitors the many possibilities they offer in the kitchen. Exhibitions like this are a great opportunity not only to cook, but also to share ideas and inspire people to try something new,” says Chef M. M. Al Hamoui.

According to representatives of the Viciunai Group, participation in FOOD EXPO Greece is an important step in strengthening the company’s position in international markets and expanding exports.

“Although we are still in the early stages in the Greek market, we clearly see growth potential. Such exhibitions allow us not only to present our products, but also to better understand market needs and establish valuable business connections,” said Viciunai Group representatives who attended the exhibition.

The exhibition is an important platform for global food and beverage industry participants interested in new products, specialty foods, and market trends. It hosts around 1,300 exhibitors, of which approximately 250 are international companies. It is one of the largest exhibitions in this sector in Southeast Europe, attracting more than 40,000 professionals each year from retail, wholesale, and HoReCa sectors.

In the future, the Viciunai Group plans to participate even more actively in international exhibitions and further strengthen the position of its products in various global markets.
