When should you contact us?
We encourage you to contact the Vičiūnai Group Transparency Line if you have information or reasonable grounds to suspect:
- abuse of authority, fraud, corruption or other dishonest practices;
- conflicts between personal and company interests;
- misuse of company funds or assets;
- unauthorised disclosure or misuse of confidential information;
- violations of human rights, occupational health and safety, or social responsibility principles;
- violations of environmental requirements;
- violations of food safety and quality requirements;
- discrimination, harassment or other potentially inappropriate or unethical conduct;
- other violations of applicable laws and regulations, Vičiūnai Group policies, internal rules or principles of business ethics.

When submitting a report, please describe the situation as clearly as possible, including what happened and when, the individuals or companies involved and, where possible, any additional information or supporting documents you may have. The more comprehensive the information provided, the more effectively our responsible specialists can assess the situation and take appropriate action.
How are reports handled?
All reports received are registered and carefully reviewed in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, impartiality and objectivity.
We ensure the confidentiality of reporting persons and the protection of the information provided. Personal data and other information related to a report are securely stored and processed using appropriate organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect such information against unauthorised disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, unauthorised access or any other unlawful processing.
